What is an NFC Google review card?
It's a card with a small NFC chip inside. When a customer taps their phone on it, your Google review page opens in their browser, ready for them to leave a rating.
Which phones does it work with?
Most modern smartphones. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards automatically, and so do most Android phones with NFC switched on. No app is needed.
How do I set it up?
Each card comes with setup instructions for linking it to your Google Business review page. It takes a couple of minutes and you only need to do it once.
Do my customers need an app or an account with you?
No. They tap, the review page opens, and they leave a review using their own Google account.
Is it okay to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes, Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. What isn't allowed is offering rewards or discounts in exchange for reviews, or only asking customers you expect to be positive. The card simply makes it easier for anyone to leave honest feedback.
Can I resell the cards?
Yes. Our packs are priced so you can sell cards on to local businesses at whatever price you choose.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery options and estimated arrival times for your address are shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking email once your order ships.
What if my card arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Get in touch through our customer service page with your order number and we'll sort it out.
